Russet red and intriguingly structured, this medium-bodied Sangiovese from Emilia-Romagna’s east coast has an vibrant palate of red and black cherries, forest fruits and violets, with refined hints of wild herbs, finishing with prevalent acidity. A special wine, with a minimum 2 years aging before release.
A rich partner to rolled lamb leg, or after dinner with hard cheeses and aged pecorino.
